  • Before we close the basement ceiling — is the sprinkler layout on SD-610 Rev B final, or is the civil defence comment still outstanding?

    • All of it, in one pour. Patching a threshold never matches — it will be lifted back to the door line.

  • Which extract fan was actually installed in the guest WC? The snag says undersized and I want to check it against the schedule before you order a replacement.

    • It is a 100mm inline, 85 m³/h. The schedule calls for 150 m³/h so it is genuinely undersized — replacement is on order, arriving Sunday.

  • The elevations show the majlis window in dark bronze. Is that the same finish as the entrance screen, or a shade lighter?

    • Same finish — both are RAL 8019 fine texture. The supplier quoted them as one batch so they will match.

  • Rev B moved the kitchen island 300mm north. Does the floor waste move with it, or stay where SD-310 shows it?
