MEP clash — containment against AHU ductwork, first floor lobby

Asked by Contractor on 09 Apr 2026 · needed by 16 Apr 2026 · answered after 4 days

Electrical containment at the first-floor lobby runs through the AHU duct at high level. Ceiling void is 350mm and both cannot pass. Which one drops?

    • Consultant · 4/14/2026

Containment drops below the duct and the ceiling comes down 80mm across the lobby only. Coordinated section attached — the bulkhead is acceptable to the client.
