Schedule
The schedule could not be loaded — this is a setup problem, not an empty schedule. A required migration has not been applied; the exact cause is in the server log.
Extended by seven weeks. Three: the Civil Defence resubmission after the basement sprinkler coverage was returned. Two: a six-week lead time on the imported marble, ordered late because the selection was reopened. Two: rectification of the north-elevation blockwork found at the structural inspection.

Honestly: it goes. Three weeks on Civil Defence, two on the marble lead time, two on the north-elevation blockwork rectification. Recommending we move the target to 17 August and reissue the programme as Rev C, rather than hold a date nobody believes.

Revised layout is with the fire consultant today. We will resubmit by the 6th. Adding a second joinery crew from April to pull some of it back.

Civil Defence returned the fire submission yesterday: basement store sprinkler coverage missing from the drawings. Three weeks minimum before we are back in the queue. The fit-out start has no float left after this.

Excavation finished eight days late — we hit rock at the north-east corner and had to break it out rather than dig. Absorbed within the float, the raft pour still holds for 5 November.
